Bet365 has been in business since 2001, and continues to gain popularity, especially here in the UK. Although their sportsbook interface is not the easiest to use, they offer a multiplicity of betting lines at all times, and they even stream video to your PC so you can watch the games you've stacked on. Customer service is strong, bonuses are adequate though not terrific. By far the most impressive feature of Bet365 is the way they don't hassle you to get your money out. Their withdrawal system is fantastic and free.

Ease of Use: 
Do you like football and, more specifically, wagering on it? If mere mention of Arsenal, Birmingham, Chelsea, Liverpool, or Manchester United gets you juiced up, Bet365 may be your spot. It's not hard to see the large British influence on this site. The graphics-heavy nature of the sportsbook can cause slower computers headaches, but if you've got the processing power, you'll love zipping around this pretty green site. We also really enjoyed the fact that they stream live video, so you can watch the games you're betting on.
Reputation/Security: 
By our count, Bet365 boasts nearly three million customers from more than 130 countries, and is now the 16th largest company in the entire U.K. However, we're never overly impressed with raw numbers, and don't jump off bridges just because everybody else is. Established in 2001, Bet365 is relatively new to the game still, so we must hold out a star until they get a few more years under their belt.
Customer Service: 
As noted, Bet365 is a highly global operation, serving customers in many countries who speak many languages. This is no easy task but Bet365 does a good job on the customer service front. Mainly they accomplish this feat by being readily available. Their email response times, for example, are stunningly fast. Our last few queries came back within a half hour. They're also reachable by phone and live chat. It's obvious that this site caters to its members.
Bonuses Paid: 
Bet365 starts you with a 15 percent sign up bonus, which is a little low for our tastes. Nevertheless, you've got to give them credit for creativity when it comes to some of their other bonuses. Our favorite is the extra 50 percent they give you when you hit a four team parlay in certain American sports including NFL, NCAAF, NBA, NCAAB, and MLB. One annoying aspect of the Bet365 bonus situation, though, is the fact that the bonuses must be claimed via email, rather than being automatically credited to your account.
Ease of Account Deposits/Withdrawals:
